Owners decide
Perspectives are submitted by members who say they own the piece. Ownership is self-reported. Luxury Enthusiast does not authenticate goods or certify ownership, condition, or resale value. Members must disclose material connections to brands and retailers.
A score with a foundation
The Luxury Enthusiast Value Rating is informed by owner perspectives on expense, exceptional quality, and whether the piece felt worth it. Community scores appear after five published, independent perspectives for the exact variant. Individual published perspectives can appear before that threshold. Afterglow ratings require at least one year of ownership.
Advertising stays separate
Paid placements are labeled. Affiliate compensation is disclosed beside an eligible offer. A merchant cannot buy changes to member ratings, a favorable perspective, or a moderation outcome. We moderate under our rules rather than removing criticism simply because a retailer dislikes it.
Brands and imagery
Brand and model names identify the products being discussed. Luxury Enthusiast is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless a partnership is specifically disclosed. Images labeled illustrative are visual examples, not a guarantee of an exact product’s appearance, materials, or authenticity.
